The SMDC was hailed as the Developer of The Year Southeast Asia 2022. They also received a Special Recognition Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, Best Condominium Architectural Design – Sail Residences, and Best Landscape Architectural Design – Vine Residences at the prestigious Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards.
The event recognizes real estate brokers, projects, and developers; 45 winners from the region were also honored. It was attended by almost 300 real estate executives that were held in Four Seasons Bangkok.
SMDC was known as the biggest and fastest-growing real estate developer in the Philippines. They specialize in fusing industrial and residential settings. In 1996, the SM Group of Companies, which had explored real estate investment, began with the establishment of SMDC.
